   - We will provide assistance in arranging the return shipping for damaged or defective items. Return shipping costs for such cases will be covered by Wudify.

4. Refunds or Replacements:
   - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.

5. Cancellation Policy:
   - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

6. Buyer Responsibility:
   - Items damaged by the buyer will not be accepted for return. False claims or attempts to return items intentionally damaged by the buyer will result in penalties, affecting the buyer's ability to shop on the Wudify platform.
